  • Put the sliced onions, some limes, coriander, celery, spring onion,
    fish sauce, chilli, tomatoes, sugar, and coriander into a bowl.
  • Mix it together. Serve with Yum Nua Yang.
  • Marinate tenderloin beef with some oyster sauce,
    fish sauce, sugar, and some coriander root.
  • Put a little bit of oil into the pan. After that,
    put the beef into the pan. Grill it, just a medium rare on it.
  • Take it off the pan. Cut through it and put it into the salad.
    Mix it together. Serve.
