Crab & Corn
Fritter


- 1⁄2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 6 tbsp Soda Water
- 4 Chopped Spring Onions
- 200g Sweet Corn
- 50g Crab Meat
- 1⁄2 tsp Salt
- 1⁄2 tsp Pepper
- Sweet Chilli Sauce for dipping

Sweet Chilli Sauce is Thai cuisine that creates a delicate balance of five distinct flavor’s : Salty, Sour, Sweet, Bitter, and Umami, in a single dish.
- Mix flour and soda water until fully combined, them mix in the beaten egg.
- Change scallions to spring onions.
- Fry the mix in a lightly oiled pan, allowing 1⁄3 cup per fritter. Fry until golden brown and crispy before turning.
- Serve fried crab meat corn cakes with sweet chilli sauce.
