Hamburg


- 80g Cooked Diced Onion
- 300g Ground Beef
- 1⁄2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 1⁄2 tsp Nutmeg
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Whole Milk
- 30ml Olive Oil
- 15g Butter
- 50g Sliced Onion
- 80ml Pad Thai Sauce
- 30ml Tomato Sauce
- 100ml Beef Broth
- 1⁄2 tsp Pepper
- 10ml Shoyu
- Grated Radish for decoration

When mentioning Thai food, Pad Thai first comes to most people’s mind. With it’s simple looking, but complex ingredients and procedures, we’ve made it easy for you to enjoy Pad Thai with our Ready to Eat meal
- Mix together ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs and whole milk, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oyster sauce.
- Crumble the meat with your hands until combined, then knead the patty until smooth and bouncy, divided into 2 equal cubes and forming oval rounds. Set aside in the refrigerator.
- Heat a frying pan over high heat, cook the meat equally two side, then reduce the heat to low heat, add the butter and pour the butter over the entire piece.
- For meat that is cooked above medium rare, put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5-8 minutes, let the meat rest for a few minutes.
- In the same beef pan, add onion, sauté until onion is browned, then add some meat juice.
- After that add Pad Thai sauce, tomato sauce, seasoning with salt, pepper and soy sauce, bring to simmer before serve.
- Serve hamburg with pad Thai brown sauce, mashed potatoes and salad vegetables as a side dishes.
