Salmon Steak
with Green Curry
- 80g Red and Green Peppers
- 40g Green Beans
- 30g Baby Corn
- Salmon fillet
- 40g Green Curry Paste
- 180ml Fresh Cream
- 5g Sugar
- 1⁄2tsp Salt
- 1⁄2 tsp Pepper
- 100ml Water

- In a frying pan, saute the vegetables until crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, gently fry the salmon until cooked. Set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry the green curry paste until cooked through. Stirring well, add the cream, water, sugar, salt and pepper until gently simmering.
- Serve the salmon topped with the sauce and vegetables.
